We identify candidates from three sources: our own professional network and relationships, a systematic and computerized internet research and a direct approach to potential candidates. During this stage we engage ourselves in a deep research aiming to identify all possible candidates for the role.

Approaching the candidates

Approaching the candidates is such a critical activity that this will never be delegated to researchers. The consultant working on the engagement are best prepared to present the opportunity in a compelling way, articulating the nuances of the position and commenting meaningfully on the cultural aspects of the client organization.
